EFT To Release Fear Of Change

If you really want success in network marketing or any important goal you have, you need to get rid of negative self-limiting beliefs. That can be a challenge because we all have things from our past that has affected our mental programming. Those things factor in to how we move through life today.

One underlying fear that you may not even be aware of is the fear of change.

It’s funny, you are working toward a goal because you want to change things but there is an underlying fear of change. You don’t have to be a mental giant to see that is going to be a major block to progress. It’s like climbing up a hill dragging a heavy object behind you. The intensity of the fear determines how heavy the block. If it’s just a little bit, you may only be slowed down but if it’s a really intense fear, it could keep you at a standstill for a long time.

The fear of change applies to all kinds of things: business goals, weight loss goals, spiritual goals, etc.

The fear of change can be a big one. It is a fear that you may not even recognize but it could be getting in the way or slowing you down. It’s so much easier to stay with what you are familiar with, in your comfort zone.

Procrastination is one sign that you have some subconscious fear that is blocking your path. If you find that you are procrastinating things that would really move your business forward, you most likely have a fear of success. There are many little fears that can be going on.

When you notice you are procrastinating, stop and evaluate your feelings about success in your business. Think about what it will be like when you reach your goal. Whatever the goal is, picture yourself there. What feelings come up?

Do you notice any little negative feelings when you ask yourself these questions:

If I am successful in my network marketing business, what will happen? Will I have a lot of responsibility? Success in the network marketing profession requires that I will be a leader of a large group of people. Will I be able to lead a group of people? Am I responsible for their success? Will people be calling me and asking all kinds of questions? What if I don’t know the answers?

Will I have to speak in front of people at company events?

What if I start earning a lot of money? Will people start taking advantage of me?

How will my friends react if I become a big success in this business? Will they change how they feel about me? Will they be jealous of my success?

There are all kinds of underlying fears that can become blocks to our making progress. Those blocks can cause you to procrastinate and not be focused on the tasks that really produce results in business.

You can do some EFT to help release the fear of change. Try the EFT script below. Add any word changes that would better fit your feelings around this issue.

This fear of change is affecting the way I build my business.
This fear of change is holding me back.
It is easier to stay with what I am familiar with.
I do want success and that means change.
I really DO want change.

I have decided to relax and let success come.
I know there will be changes.
I am confident about adjusting to the changes.
I know I will be safe in my success.
Changes will be a good thing.

Today was an abundant day.
How abundant I am!
I found money on the ground!
Yeah! I love attracting good things!
I got a coupon for $10.00 off business supplies at Staples.
My hubby did the dishes so I could do a little watercolor painting.
The wren singing in the tree outside my window as I paint.
The beauty of creation.
I learned a great business tip online.
My son saying, “Hey mom. You wanna hang out on Zoom?”
The smell of Rose Oil.
Clean sheets.
Fresh roasted coffee.

You get the idea. Just tap through the points and think of all the abundant things that happened during the day.

When you find even one penny, it’s MONEY! Say I attracted MONEY, not a penny. Your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between a penny and money.

Here’s another option:

Just start in tapping when something abundant happens. This is a great time to tap because you are feeling the abundant emotion. That is powerful and you can enhance it and program it into your cells by tapping. Discreetly tap on your fingers at the base of the nail. ?

How abundant I am!
I found more money!
I am always finding money!

It seems like I find money wherever I go.

Abundance Oil is one that we really need, especially in the stressful times we are living and the economy worries many people are feeling.

If you are familiar with the Law of Attraction, you know that what you focus on you attract more of. When you worry and stress over the economy, you hinder the abundant energy you have in your body. That makes it almost impossible to build a business or attract any kind of abundance.

I have seen the Law of Attraction working from both sides. Years ago, I went through a time where I was desperate to generate enough income to just make ends meet. I was in a sales job with a home cleaning system where I had to visit people’s home to demonstrate the cleaner and only got paid when I sold one. It seemed as though I couldn’t sell one if my life depended on it. Actually, my financial life did depend on it.

I didn’t understand the Law of Attraction back than but I do today. The reason I couldn’t make any sales is because I had an energy vibration of desperation. I desperately needed a sale. I was radiating that desperate energy. People could feel it. I didn’t realize I was affecting people with my desperate energy.

Here is another example – Around that same time my husband and I were traveling and doing art shows for our jewelry designs. Mark, my husband, made flameworked glass beads and I did copper enamel designs. We put them together with gemstones and made beautiful works of wearable art.

We won several best of show awards with our designs and even drew crowds with Mark demonstrating glass bead making over a flame, but making enough money to create a living was a real struggle. We would often just cover show expenses.

Oh, how I wish I had known about Abundance oil back then! Well, today I am so very grateful for Abundance oil blend. It is, hands down, my favorite oil. I use it EVERY DAY. By using Abundance oil, I become like a magnet attracting abundance. I would never consider touching anything business related without using Abundance oil first.

I am feeling all this stress.
Stress and worry.
What if this gets worse?
I can’t help but to worry about the future.
I’m a little afraid there is no hope.
Feeling stress and fear.
OK, I know these negative thoughts only feed the fear.

I choose to shift to a better energy.
Negative thoughts and feelings block abundance.
I am choosing a better energy.
I am releasing the fear about the economy.
We have been through bad economy before.
Releasing negative emotions about the economy.
Releasing the fear that there is not enough money.
Release and let go of fears about income.
Releasing fears about the economy.
Letting go of the fear that there will never be enough.
I am releasing the fear that I won’t be able to pay my bills.
Letting go of the stress.
I am releasing all my fears about the economy.

I choose to feel calm and safe.
I feel confident in my ability to attract the income I need.
I choose to feel excited about the opportunity that this economy is creating.

EFT To Release Feeling Like Needs Are Not Met

Do you remember when you were a kid and you wanted something like a game, a toy or some current clothing style of the day? When you were a kid, you wanted things.

Kids just want everything . . .

“Mom, I want this toy!” “Mom, I want these shoes” “Mom, I want …”

Parents have a lot on their shoulders. They have all the household expenses, earning a living and taking care of their family and all that is involved with that. If there are are multiple children this can be very challenging. Kids are always needing things. Kids want things all the time. Every new toy that comes out. It’s not possible to get everything you want. This is especially true if your family is experiencing money problems. You may have heard them say, “No, we can’t afford that.” “We don‘t have enough money for that.”
“We don’t have time for that.” Or, when you were in the store and asking and pleading for something. You would hear, “No! Stop it! You can’t have that!”

These messages you heard as a child were usually said in a sharp frustrated tone of voice which made an emotional imprint in the subconscious mind.

When our parents reacted this way to our desires, we start to develop a belief that we should be ashamed of ourselves for even having desires and needs. This could actually set up in your subconscious as a vow that it is not OK to have needs. We carry these childhood messages into our adult lives. They can end up as blocks and resistance that slow you down when you are building your network marketing business.

There is good news. Using EFT you can shift things. You can clear out some of the negative programming from the past and shift to a better place. Even if things come up that remind you again of another layer of the issue, just return to tapping. We all have many layers, just like an onion. That’s what makes us all so interesting. 😉

How about a little tapping on this!

There was always anxiety and worry about money.
There was never enough.

I wanted things the other kids had.

I made a vow that my needs are never met.
I made a vow that there will always be struggle around money and never enough to meet my needs.
I made a vow not to even ask for what I need.

These vows have been running in the background and affecting everything I do.
I have needs today.
I need to pay my bills.
I need to pay off my debt.
I need to hire help to make repairs on things.
But these old vows from the past have been causing me to sabotage my efforts to build my business.
It contributes to fear about money, depression about money, hopelessness and disappointment connected to money.
It causes me to play small and keep things the way they are.
I don’t want to keep things the way they are.
I want to build my business to help me better take care of my needs.
And some of my needs are more than needs.
I need some fun and travel in my life too.
Joy and happiness is also a need. So is FREEDOM!

It is time to …
Let go of all the lies and illusions I have been told.
Releasing all the limiting beliefs from my childhood.
Letting go of all the negative programming from my childhood.
Releasing all of the feelings of hopelessness that my needs were not being met.
Releasing all the anger at not getting what I want.
I didn’t have control back then but I do now.

I have control now.
I am in charge of my life.
I am in charge of how I show up in my life.
I get to decide how I want my life to look.
I can create whatever life I want to create.
I am a powerful resourceful creator.

I am releasing the vow that my needs are never met.
I am releasing the vow that there will always be struggle around money and never enough to meet my needs.
I am releasing the vow not to even ask for what I need.
I am releasing the emotional attachment to the vow that my needs are never met.
I am releasing the emotional attachment to the vow that there will always be struggle around money and never enough to meet my needs.

Releasing it!
Letting it go!
Tapping it out of every cell in my body.
I am open to a whole new way with money.

Build Belief In Your Network Marketing Success

Do you believe you will be able to build a successful network marketing business? Do you believe anyone can build a successful business in the network marketing industry? This is something you need to think about. What you believe affects how successful you will be. It’s so important to have a strong belief. We become what we believe.

Can you see yourself as a top income earner? Can you see yourself earning a living with your business? If you can’t see it and BELIEVE it, you will have a really tough time building a successful business.

Picturing, visualizing success is one important way to start building belief. Constantly picturing yourself in the role of a successful high earning business owner. See it! Feel it!

Listening to audios, reading books, reading emails from upline and attending company events will help to your belief grow. Visualize your success.

Power Up your Self Talk With Affirmation Tapping

There is a book I love and I encourage everyone who is serious about the success of their network marketing business to read. Actually, there are several I recommend but the book I am talking about is, What to Say When You Talk to Your Self, by Shad Helmstetter

EFT For Network Marketers Your self talk has a powerful impact on your success in any endeavor but particularly when building your network marketing business. The words you are using all day long can either lift you or tear you down. Your self talk can either lift your mood or ruin it. Attract abundance or repel it.

It is important to release the negative emotions and keep the energy in a positive state. Your emotions affect your energy. Your ABUNDANCE attracting energy! They affect the way you do things in your business. The negative emotion affect the way you step up and talk to people. This is important because network marketing is a business where you talk to people.

Affirmations can be helpful in redirecting our thinking and self talk into a more positive abundance attracting energy. If you are having a bad day and you are feeling really negative, repeating affirmations can really shift your mood.

Add some power to your affirmations by tapping on the EFT points as you focus on the words. EFT is a wonderful tool to make your affirmations more effective and shift your energy to a more abundance attracting energy vibration. Make sure your affirmations are positive, NOT negative. For example: Rather than saying, “I am not attracting rude, grouchy distributors”, say, “I am attracting strong, confident, successful business builders who love the product.” Say whatever feels uplifting and empowering to your abundance.
Use the words, “I am” instead of “I will.” Saying, “I will” puts your goal off into the future. Instead of saying, “I will become Royal Crown Diamond” say, “I am building a Royal Crown Diamond team of distributors.”
Or, you could say, “I am Royal Crown Diamond.” If you have a little voice in your head disagreeing and saying, Ah, No you’re NOT!” Then word it like this, “I am attracting a Royal Crown Diamond team of distributors.”
